Electrocaloric material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses an electrocaloric material and a preparation method thereof. The electrocaloric material is formed by a BST ceramic nanowire array which covers a flexible substrate, wherein in the BST ceramic nanowire array, the mole ratio of Ba to Sr is (1-3):1. According to the electrocaloric material and the preparation method thereof, the BST ceramic nanowire array is adopted as the electrocaloric material for the first time, the electrocaloric material with the good flexibility and ideal electrocaloric effect is prepared by transferring the BST ceramic nanowire array onto the flexible substrate and fully utilizing the good electrocaloric effect of ferroelectric ceramics and the flexibility of a special microstructure of the nanowire array, and preparation of the inorganic flexible electrocaloric material is achieved.
