The invention discloses a binder for injection molding of Sialon ceramics. The binder is composed of the following components by the mass percentage: 30-60% of a wax based binder, 10-40% of vegetable oil, 2-10% of a compatilizer, and 1-10% of a surfactant. The binder adopts the wax based binder, can improve the wettability on a Sialon ceramic powder, and has lower viscosity and enough strength. The binder can make the loading capacity of the Sialon ceramics reach more than or equal to 60%, has good conformality, is easy to degrease, and avoids generation of degreasing defects.
