Composite sleeper
The invention relates to a composite sleeper, which is formed by compounding a sleeper body and a sleeper core, wherein the sleeper body is in a hollow rectangular form; arcs are arranged at the outer corners at four corners of the sleeper body; a hollow cavity of the sleeper body is filled with the sleeper core; inner round corners at the four corners of the sleeper body are compounded with outer round corners of the four corners of the sleeper core into a whole, namely the inner round corners at the four corners of the sleeper body are equal to the outer round corners of the four corners of the sleeper core; the radiuses of the outer round corners at the four corners of the sleeper body are matched with those of the inner round corners at the four corners of the sleeper body; the upper plane thickness of the sleeper body is equal to the lateral plane thickness; the bottom plane thickness is greater than the upper plane thickness and the lateral plane thickness; and grooves are milled at two ends of the sleeper after the composite sleeper is compounded. The composite sleeper has the advantages of being light in weight, high in strength, high in carrying capacity, free of deformation, free of moisture absorption, stable in volume, chemical attack resistant, ageing resistant, good in damping property, non-conducting, simple in structure, convenient to install on site and the like.
