The invention discloses a convenient-to-move safety barrier, which comprises a blocking column, a drawstring hole, a base and a universal wheel, wherein the convenient-to-move safety barrier is characterized in that the universal wheel is arranged on the side surface of a base plate; the blocking column is arranged at the middle part of the base; and the drawstring hole is arranged above the blocking column. The base does not contact the ground any more when moving, so that a frictional failure on the base in the movement process is avoided; the universal wheel plays a role in randomly changing the movement track of the barrier; and time and labor are saved.
