The invention relates to a forecabin collecting device of a water surface cleaning ship. The forecabin collecting device comprises a forecabin frame, a conveyor belt, arm rests, a mounting frame, a first transmission shaft, a second transmission shaft, multiple groups of annular transmission assemblies, a plurality of collecting claws and a motor, wherein the arm rests are located at two sides and the rear end parts of the arm rests are rotatably arranged on the front end part of the forecabin frame; the mounting frame is rotatably arranged on the front end parts of the arm rests; the first transmission shaft and the second transmission shaft extend along the width direction of the forecabin frame and are arranged in parallel on the mounting frame; the transmission assemblies are respectively distributed along the length directions of the first transmission shaft and the second transmission shaft at intervals; the collecting claws are arranged on the peripheries of the transmission assemblies and uniformly distributed along the peripheries of the transmission assemblies; the motor is used for driving the first transmission shaft or the second transmission shaft to rotate; the transmission assemblies are used for connecting the first transmission shaft and the second transmission shaft in a transmission way; and under the rotatable adjustment of the arm rests and the mounting frame, the first transmission shaft and the second transmission shaft are flush and are arranged in parallel with the water surface. The forecabin collecting device of a water surface cleaning ship has the advantages that the collecting range of the collecting claws is increased, and the scattering and dividing capacities of the collecting claws for aquatic plant are improved.
