The invention discloses a pre-filled core prefabricated hollow pile of an embedded pile shoe method and a manufacturing method of the pre-filled core prefabricated hollow pile. The pre-filled core prefabricated hollow pile comprises a pile shoe, pile body concrete, a pile body reinforcement cage, threaded sleeves, an inner reinforcement cage, a hollow part and a pile shoe reinforcement cage. The pre-filled core prefabricated hollow pile is characterized in that one end of the pile body concrete is covered with the pile shoe, and the outer reinforcement cage is arranged in the pile body concrete; the threaded sleeves are embedded in the end faces of the pile body concrete; and the pile shoe reinforcement cage is arranged in the pile shoe. The method comprises the following steps that firstly, lower die cleaning and isolation agent coating are carried out; secondly, the reinforcement cages are placed in a conical die; thirdly, prestressed steel bars are discharged, and the length error is controlled; fourthly, the steel bars penetrate the threaded sleeves, and the heading is carried out; and fifthly, the pile body reinforcement cage is woven. The pre-filled core prefabricated hollow pile is novel in design, due to the fact that a pile head is of a solid concrete structure, the pile head is more resistant to beating, and the bearing capacity of the pile head is higher. A pile head end plate can be eliminated, the steel cost can be saved, core filling of the pile head through concrete on the site is not needed any more, the quality is more reliable and stable, and the construction period is greatly shortened.
