Cast-in-place pile reinforcement cage construction device and process thereof
The invention discloses a cast-in-place pile reinforcement cage construction device and a process thereof. The construction device is characterized by comprising two vertical main rods, two flexible steel cables and an opposite pull ring, wherein the two vertical main rods symmetrically penetrate through configuration round holes of the opposite pull ring, are in threaded connection with connecting main ribs at the upper end of a reinforcement cage through end sleeves at the lower parts, and are connected with the opposite pull ring through upper positioning nuts and lower positioning nuts in thread linking areas at the upper ends. The placement position of the reinforcement cage can be adjusted successively by multiple times through adjusting the positions of the upper positioning nuts and the lower positioning nuts of the vertical main rods and the lengths of the flexible steel cables, so that the space position precision is guaranteed; and the total recovery of the vertical main rods, the flexible steel cables and the opposite pull ring can be realized, so that the material waste in the link is prevented, and potential adverse factors in the excavation work are reduced.
