The invention discloses a human proximity time-delay automatic flushing device for a male urinal. The human proximity time-delay automatic flushing device is characterized by comprising a 12V direct current power supply, a microwave detection circuit, a signal recognition and amplification circuit, a high-level time-delay circuit and an electromagnetic water valve power drive circuit, wherein TWH9428 is selected as a microwave detection module IC1 in the microwave detection circuit; and TWH9429 is selected as a signal recognition and amplification circuit IC2 in the signal recognition and amplification circuit. A microwave electric field is built within a small range of the male urinal in a public toilet by the microwave detection module; a human body reflects an echo signal as a urinal flushing control signal; and flushing is automatically stopped after delaying a few of seconds from the moment the human body leaves. Different from a common urinal flushing device, the human proximity time-delay automatic flushing device automatically flushes immediately when the human body approaches the urinal instead of starting flushing after the human body leaves; a urine smell released in urination is completely eradicated; and the human proximity time-delay automatic flushing device for the male urinal has the characteristics of simplicity in circuit structure, high sensitivity, zero missing flushing rate, obvious water-saving effect and the like.
