The invention discloses a composite insulation board. The composite insulation board comprises a core layer and an outer layer, wherein the outer layer is positioned on the periphery and the top of the core layer; the core layer is an insulation layer; the outer layer is provided with a hollow core; the hollow core is filled with formaldehyde adsorbent; the outer layer covers the periphery and the top of the core layer; and by the formaldehyde adsorbent in the hollow core of the outer layer, formaldehyde and other harmful gas which are released from coating of the core layer or an interior wall can be adsorbed effectively. The formaldehyde absorbent is activated silica which is large in superficial area, high in adsorption capacity, high in safety, low in cost and free of pollution. A plate body is an A-level fireproof EPS insulation plate, and the A-level fireproof EPS insulation plate is low in heat conductivity coefficient, large in heat storage coefficient, good in waterproof and fireproof properties, light in weight and good in size stability.
