The invention discloses an electricity generation brick. The electricity generation brick comprises a brick body, and through holes are formed in the brick body in the vertical direction; a thermoelectricity unit is arranged in each through hole and comprises a thermal collecting assembly, a temperature-difference power generation piece and a radiator, wherein the radiator is arranged at the lower end of the through hole, the temperature-difference power generation piece is arranged on the radiator, the thermal collecting assembly is arranged on the temperature-difference power generation piece, and electric energy is generated through a temperature difference between the cold side and the thermal side of the temperature-difference power generation piece and output through wires connected to the positive electrode and the negative electrode of the temperature-difference power generation piece. The electricity generation brick can be paved on a walking street, a square, a road and a floor roof of a city or serve as walls of a building, collected solar thermal energy is converted into electric energy for allowing surrounding electricity facilities to use, external messy wiring is reduced, and meanwhile the cost is lowered.
