The invention discloses a high-elasticity composite floor. The high-elasticity composite floor comprises a basic layer, a buffering layer is arranged on the basic layer, a connecting layer is arranged on the buffering layer, and a panel layer is arranged on the connecting layer; one side of the basic layer is a plane, and the other side of the basic layer is provided with a plurality of flanges which are evenly distributed; one side of the buffering layer is in the shape of sawteeth, and a plurality of grooves which are evenly distributed are formed in the other side of the buffering layer; the buffering layer is in lap joint with the flanges on the basic layer through the grooves; one side of the connecting layer adheres to the panel layer, the other side of the connecting layer is in the shape of sawteeth, and the sawtooth shape of the connecting layer is in lap joint with the sawtooth shape of one side of the buffering layer. Due to the fact that the composite layers made of different materials are adopted, lap joint and transportation of the composite floor are fast and convenient. Due to the fact that a body of the composite floor is made of special PVC materials, elasticity and high resistance of the composite floor can be remarkably improved, the composite floor has high elasticity recovery performance under impacting of heavy objects, damage to the composite floor is avoided, and the using period of the composite floor is prolonged.
