Light steel connection pipe trussed frame for transformer substation
The invention provides a light steel connection pipe trussed frame for a transformer substation, mainly comprising architecture beams formed by connecting at least three main materials which are arranged in parallel and a plurality of oblique materials which are obliquely fixed on the main materials; the main materials and the oblique materials are round steel pipes, and the oblique materials are connected on the main materials by welding; the architecture beams and vertical steel pipe columns adopt steel connection structures, namely that at least two sections of the architecture beams are directly welded on the vertical steel pipe columns through the main materials at respective connection ends, and the architecture beams at the left and right sides are connected into a whole through the vertical steel pipe columns; and the oblique materials are fixedly connected with the main materials by full-penetration welding, wherein for the oblique materials positioned at one side where the architecture beams are connected with the vertical steel pipe columns, the main materials are also connected with the vertical steel pipe columns by welding. The trussed frame provided by the invention is reasonable, simple and reliable in structure, capable of increasing the overall stability and reliability of the architecture, improving the deformation conditions of components, saving steel products and reducing occupation of land, and convenient to maintain.
