The invention discloses a power fence convenient to disassemble and assemble, which comprises a baffle plate and a support tube, wherein one end of the support tube is opened, a rotating rod is inserted in the opening and is connected with the inner wall of the support tube through a bearing, and external threads are arranged on the surface of the rotating rod positioned in the support tube; the other end of the support tube is opened, a locating pin is inserted in the opening, one end, close to the rotating rod, of the locating pin is provided with a mounting hole corresponding to the rotating rod, internal threads are arranged on the inner wall of the mounting hole, and the locating pin is connected with the rotating rod through the mounting hole; and a group of shifting shaft sleeves are arranged at two ends of the baffle plate respectively. The power fence convenient to disassemble and assemble is convenient to disassemble and assemble; and when a bottom surface is relatively hard and the baffle plate can not be fixed, the power fence can be supported by a support rod.
