The lock body (2) further comprises a lock body shell, a mechanical lock head part and a locking action control circuit; the mechanical lock head part comprises a lock tongue and a locking mechanism, and a groove used for clamping is formed in one end of the lock tongue; the on-off control circuit comprises a power source management module used for bulk supply, a master control module (12) and a card read-write module, and the master control module (12) is electrically connected with the card read-write module and the locking mechanism. According to the electronic control temporary lock used for the public bike, a chip is used for detecting user operations, the card read-write module reads information of a user card and conducts authentication on the user card, after the authentication is passed, the card read-write module controls the electronic control temporary lock to complete lock opening actions
