The invention relates to an electric sliding door, comprising a door frame, a moving door leaf, a driving device driving the moving door leaf to slide, a master control circuit board electrically connected with the driving device, a seal disposed in the door frame to seal the moving door leaf, an inflator for inflating the seal, and an exhaust device for exhausting the seal. Both the inflator and the exhaust device are electrically connected with the master control circuit board. Compared with the prior art, the electric sliding door allows opening and closing signals to be received by the master control circuit board; after receiving the opening signal, the master control circuit board exhausts the seal to reduce the sealing performance of the seal, allowing the driving device to easily drive the moving door leaf to slide, and the inflator is opened to inflate the seal when the moving door leaf slides to a closing side of the door frame, thus ensuring sealing between the moving door leaf and the door frame.
