The invention discloses an automatic light-adjusting curtain. The automatic light-adjusting curtain comprises a U-shaped frame, a motor, a roller blind shaft, a sliding chain and a control box, wherein the U-shaped frame is arranged outside a window, the motor is arranged on the upper rim of the U-shaped frame, the roller blind shaft is connected with the shaft of the motor, the sliding chain is connected with the roller blind shaft, and the control box is arranged on the left rim of the U-shaped frame; the control box is provided with a control circuit for controlling the curtain to automatically adjust light, the control box is electrically connected with the motor, and a reset switch SB and an automatic-stopping switch S2 which are located on the control box can be operated directly; the top end of the roller blind shaft is fixedly connected with a curtain body, the top end and the bottom end of the curtain body are respectively connected with the sliding chain, and the sliding chain can slide up and down in the right rim of the U-shaped frame; the control circuit comprises an operational amplifier connected with the motor M, a photosensitive diode VD connected with the reset switch SB and a change-over switch S1 connected with the photosensitive diode VD, and four selectable tap positions are arranged between the change-over switch S1 and the photosensitive diode VD; the switch S2 is parallelly connected with the reset switch SB.
