A rain-proof curtain comprises an electrical curtain (1), a rain collection device (2), an adhering device (3), and a controller (4). The electrical curtain (1) is mounted on the position of an inner wall (16) at the upper portion of an indoor glass window (15), and the rain collection device (2) is mounted on the position of an outer wall (17) at the upper portion of an outdoor glass window (15). The electrical curtain (1) comprises an electromotor (5), a winding drum device (6), a roller shutter (7), and a water receiving slot (8); the rain collection device comprises a rain collection slot (9) and a rain collection board (10); the controller (4) comprises a proximity switch (11) and a water level sensor (12); and the adhering device (3) comprises an electromagnet (13) and a sealing gasket (14). The water level sensor (12) is mounted at the bottom of the rain collection slot (9), the roller shutter (7) is connected to the water receiving slot (8), the adhering device (3) is embedded in the inner wall at the lower portion of the glass window (15), and the water receiving slot (8) is provided with a sealing pad (19) made from a ferromagnetic material. When it rains, the rain collection device (2) transmits a signal to the controller (4), the controller (4) controls the roller shutter (7) to decline to shield the window; and in addition, the controller (4) controls the adhering device (3) to adhere the water receiving slot (8) to the inner wall, to prevent the rain from entering a room when the roller shutter (7) is blown by wind.
