Transparent coating material with repairable super hydrophobic property and preparation method therefor
The present invention discloses a transparent coating material with a repairable super hydrophobic property. The material is formed by a three-dimensional hollow net-shaped coating combined on a substrate and low surface energy materials filled in gaps, wherein the three-dimensional hollow net-shaped coating is formed by hollow nano tubes of which tube walls have holes and have the thickness of 10-100 nm. The present invention further discloses a preparation method for the coating material. According to the transparent coating material with the repairable super hydrophobic property and the preparation method therefor provided by the present invention, a network of the nano tubes of which the tube walls have the holes is adopted to prepare a transparent silicon dioxide coating, and after the surfaces of the nano tubes are modified by the low surface energy materials and the hole gaps of the nano tubes are filled with the low surface energy material, the coating has a super hydrophobic property and a super hydrophobic self-repairing property; and the thickness of the tube walls of the nano tubes is 10-100 nm, and is less than the wavelength size of visible lights, so that the coating material has relatively high transparency.
