The invention discloses an antifreeze durable resin and concrete composite water-permeable floor tile. The antifreeze durable resin and concrete composite water-permeable floor tile is made from, by weight, 50-53 parts of desert sand, 4-5 parts of thermoplastic phenolic resin, 0.6-0.7 parts of urotropine, 0.2-0.22 parts of calcium stearate, a proper amount of water, 42-45 parts of No. 42.5 Portland cement, 5-6 parts of fly ash, 3-4 parts of an aqueous polyurethane emulsion, 2.5-3 parts of glycol, 3-4 parts of carboxymethyl cellulose, 9-10 parts of iolite, 4-5 parts of waste ceramic, 0.8-1 part of vinyltris(tert-butylperoxy)silane, 7-8 parts of lime, 100-110 parts of crushed granite residues, 11-13 parts of palm fibers and 29-33 parts of molybdenum tailing powder. Iolite, waste ceramic and other components are added in the preparation process of a surface layer material, so the defect of poor antifreeze performance of a concrete material is avoided; and glycol is added in the preparation process of a bottom layer concrete material, so an excellent antifreeze effect is realized.
