The invention discloses a pavement slurry seal and raw slurry therefor and belongs to the technical field of road pavements. The pavement slurry seal is formed through spreading the raw slurry for the pavement slurry seal, wherein the raw slurry for the pavement slurry seal is prepared through mixing and stirring the following ingredients in percentage by mass: 9-10% of emulsified asphalt, 74-76% of coarse and fine aggregates, 1-2% of filler, 7-8% of water, 1-2% of additives and 4-5% of ground tire rubber. The pavement slurry seal disclosed by the invention has better noise reduction performance, the degree of comfort is higher during driving and riding, the high- and low-temperature properties of a pavement are improved, and the service life of the pavement is prolonged.
