Feeding supplementary material production system
The invention discloses a feeding supplementary material production system comprising a mixing container, a heating furnace, a feeding container, a stirring device, a conveyer, a cooling channel, a spreading material plate and an air cooling device. The mixing container communicates with the heating furnace, and the mixing container communicates with the feeding container. The stirring device is used for stirring the material in the mixing container. A base plate, a first side plate, a top board and a second side plate are connected in order to form the cooling channel having two conductive ends. A plurality of air holes are disposed on the top board, and a plurality of air inlets are alternately disposed on the base plate in order. Each air inlet is connected with the air cooling device by a pipeline and a air volume regulator, and the conveyer is disposed below the outlet of the mixing container and is used for sending the material to the cooling channel and sending the material out of the cooling channel. The spreading material plate is disposed between the mixing container and the cooling channel and is used for spreading the material on the conveyer to be thin and flat. The feeding supplementary material production system realizes the automation of the feeding supplementary material production, and the quality of the prepared feeding supplementary material is good.
