Method for metallization sintering of ceramic gas discharge tube dry-pressed porcelain tube
The invention relates to a method for metallization sintering of a ceramic gas discharge tube dry-pressed porcelain tube. The method comprises a, coating the surface of a porcelain tube with metallization paste, and putting the porcelain tube on a molybdenum plate subjected to surface etching or sand bonding treatment, b, stacking the molybdenum plates with the porcelain tubes in a molybdenum boat layer by layer, wherein the two adjacent molybdenum plates are supported by white porcelain which has height is greater than that of the porcelain tube and is between the two adjacent molybdenum plates, c, setting a special-purpose hydrogen protection furnace temperature in a range of 1350-1500 DEG C, a wet hydrogen barrel temperature in a range of 30-50 DEG C and a hydrogen flow in a range of 0.5-1M<3>/h, putting the molybdenum boat into the hydrogen protection furnace and carrying out sintering, and d, taking out the product after sintering. The method solves the problem of the traditional metallization process and has the advantages of good metallization quality and good adhesion between the metallization layer and ceramic. In a strength test, the ceramic around the end surface produces fracture. The ceramic gas discharge tube prepared from the dry-pressing porcelain tube has a low leakage rate and reliable quality.
