The invention relates to the technical field of preparation of compound rubber floor from waste tire, and in particular to a waste tire compound rubber floor and a preparation method thereof. Waste tire is prepared into a rubber powder, which is combined with other raw materials to form a filler, so that interaction of raw materials enhances the activity of waste tire; the filler is prepared into waste tire sheets, and the sheets in two layers are subjected to curing molding in a curing machine; and high temperature treatment in anaerobic environment is carried out to reduce the ash content, improve smoothness and wear resistance of rubber floor, avoid odor emission of the floor, and reduce environmental pollution rate.
