The invention discloses a continuously cast and rolled aluminum alloy material for a blind window. The aluminum alloy material comprises, by weight, 0.35%-0.50% of Fe, 0.65%-0.90% of Si, 0.30%-0.50% of Cu, 0.50%-0.70% of Mn, 0.20%-0.50% of Mg, 0%-0.20% of Zn, 0.10%-0.30% of Cr, 0.02%-0.05% of Ti, 0.05%-0.09% of rare earth elements, 0.004%-0.010% of B, less than 0.1% of other elements and the balance Fe; the content of each other element is less than 0.03%, and the rear earth elements include at least one of La, Ce, Pr, Nd and Er. The manufacturing method comprises the steps that cold rolling is conducted after continuous casting; incomplete intermediate annealing is conducted at the temperature of 190-210 DEG C; heat preservation is conducted for seven hours; the tensile strength of an aluminum roll is controlled to be 240-255 MPa after intermediate annealing; cold rolling is conducted again; and a finished product is obtained in the subsequent procedure. The tensile strength of the finished aluminum alloy material is controlled to be 310-330 MPa, and the performance of a roasting plate (subjected to heat preservation at the temperature of 230 DEG C for one minute) is good.
