A track panel lifting device comprises a traction beam (1) connected to a frame of a work vehicle. The traction beam (1) is connected with a track panel lifting device body (4), the upper portion of the track panel lifting device body (4) is connected with pull rods (2), and the other end of each pull rod (2) is connected to the frame of the work vehicle. The upper portion of the track panel lifting device body (4) is further connected with lifting oil cylinders (3), the other end of each lifting oil cylinder (3) is also connected to the frame of the work vehicle, and the track panel lifting device body (4) is further provided with clamp devices I (15) and clamp devices II (17). The track panel lifting device is characterized in that one end of the traction beam (1) is connected to the frame of the work vehicle through a lug base I (5), and the other end of the traction beam (1) is connected to one side face of the track panel lifting device body (4). The track panel lifting device can be used for lifting a track panel by a large height, can span a fishplate for steel rail connection automatically, can go forward along a steel rail uninterruptedly and can be used for lifting the track panel uninterruptedly. The track panel lifting device can be used for adjusting level and height-exceeding parameters of the track panel effectively and assists in mounting and positioning of the track panel.
