The invention discloses a defrosting and unfreezing antiskid slip which comprises a metal antiskid strip body, an electric heating wire, a hot air pipe, a micro turbofan, an air outlet and a centralized power supply socket. The electric heating wire is arranged at the bottom of the metal antiskid strip body. The hot air pipe is arranged on the side face of the metal antiskid strip body and is closed at one end. The micro turbofan is arranged at the end of an opening of the hot air pipe, and the air outlet is formed in the side face of the metal antiskid strip body. The centralized power supply socket is arranged at the end of the metal antiskid strip body. By means of the manner, the electric heating wire is added in the metal antiskid strip body of the defrosting and unfreezing antiskid strip, in the situation that the metal antiskid strip is frozen and frosted after being subjected to frost, the purpose of efficient defrosting and unfreezing is achieved, the antiskid performance of the metal antiskid strip body is recovered, and safety is ensured.
