Multifunctional trolley of movable formwork
A multifunctional trolley of a movable formwork comprises a trolley base, landing legs arranged on the left side and the right side of the lower end of the trolley base respectively, guiding rods arranged at the four corners of the trolley base in the vertical direction, hanging and abutting mechanisms arranged on the guide rods in a sliding and sleeving manner through guide sleeves, a longitudinal movement device for the trolley base to move in the longitudinal direction of a girder of the movable formwork, and a jacking device arranged on the trolley base and used for pushing the girder of the movable formwork to move upwards. When a bridge is poured through the movable formwork, the trolley is located at a rear pivot of the movable formwork, and the girder of the movable formwork is jacked to support equipment work through the jacking device. After bridge pouring is finished, the trolley is driven by the longitudinal movement device to automatically move to the next work condition station, and longitudinal movement of equipment is achieved. When a horizontal curve occurs on the bridge, the trolley transversely moves through a transverse movement device to adapt to the bridge horizontal curve. Thus, the operation steps are greatly reduced, and efficiency is improved.
