The invention relates to the field of civil engineering, in particular to a dewatering tube well for foundation pit construction with a cover-excavation method. The dewatering tube well comprises a tube well body, a water pump, a water well filtering pipe and a water draining tube, wherein the water pump, the water well filtering pipe and the water draining tube are located at the bottom of the tube well body. The dewatering tube well is characterized by further comprising a spigot and socket pipe and a connecting pipe. An inner water stop ring and an outer water stop ring are arranged on the portion, at a concrete top plate, of the tube well body. An upper opening of the tube well body is connected with the spigot and socket pipe, and the spigot and socket pipe is flush with a cover-excavation top plate. The connecting pipe is sleeved with the spigot and socket pipe and is higher than the top surface of a backfill soil layer. A flanging structure is arranged on the portion, at a lower opening of the spigot and socket pipe, of the connecting pipe, and flexible sealing filler is arranged in the gap between the connecting pipe and the spigot and socket pipe. The dewatering tube well is simple in structure and convenient to manufacture. The construction method is easy to operate and not limited by the environment.
