The column bottom leveling devices comprise anchor bolts, leveling nuts, metal casing pipes and steel cover plates. One ends of the anchor bolts are fixed in the concrete cup mouth base bottom plate, and threads are arranged at the other ends of the anchor bolts. The leveling nuts are arranged at the ends, with the threads, of the anchor bolts. Grouting holes are formed in the side walls of the metal casing pipes, and the metal casing pipes are arranged on the anchor bolts in a sleeving manner. The steel cover plates are provided with anchor bolt holes and grouting holes, and the anchor bolts penetrate the anchor bolt holes. The steel cover plates are located between the leveling nuts and the metal casing pipes. The column bottom of the inserting type column leg is good in concrete density, and the axial force transmission is very reliable; and the leveling precision is high, and construction is convenient; the diameter of the anchor bolts is small, the thickness of the cup mouth base bottom plate can be greatly reduced, accordingly, foundation embedded depth can be reduced, and the project construction cost is reduced.
