The invention discloses a novel squatting pan cover, comprising a horizontally placed integrally rectangular cover board. The middle of the cover body has a rectangular opening arranged along the length of the cover board. The size of the opening matches with that of a squatting pan opening. The novel squatting pan cover is character zed in that one lengthwise side of the cover board is hinged a flip board capable of being turned up, and a hinging shaft of the flip board is arranged along the width of the cover board; the opening can be fully covered when the flip board is turned to a horizontal position around the hinging shaft. The novel squatting pan cover has the advantages that the cover is simple in structure and convenient to use, can prevent articles from falling into a squatting pan and facilitates the improvement in application safety of the squatting pan, the indoor air quality and the like.
