The invention provides a novel closestool with a water-splashing-preventing function. The novel closestool is composed of a trap 1, a water tank 2, a urinal 3 and one or more buffer balls 4. The technical scheme is as follows: the one or more buffer balls 4 are arranged on the water surface on a water outlet below the urinal 3, and are tied to concave points through glue lines, feces fall on the buffer balls 4, and the buffer balls 4 can slow down the impact force of the feces so that the water splashing can be avoided.
