The invention discloses a movable house capable of contracting space. The movable house capable of contracting space comprises a roof and two fixed side walls. The outer side walls and the right sides of the fixed side walls are transversely provided with circular grooves communicated with one another. The outer side walls of the fixed side walls closely lean against movable side walls in the same height as the fixed side walls. Tail ends of the movable side walls are provided with sliding rollers nested into the circular grooves and capable of sliding into the circular grooves. The movable house capable of contracting space has following beneficial effects: the size of the house can be reduced when the house is moved for facilitating movement and transport; when the house is not moved, internal space of the house can be significantly increased so that living environment for people is improved; and on the condition that requirements for movement and transport are satisfied, internal space of the movable house is not relatively small.
