Preferably, when the thickness of the thermal-insulation layer is 5cm and the thickness of the surface layer is 5cm, experiments show that the energy saving rate of a building employing the thermal-insulation integrated plate can reach more than 65%; compared with a conventional insulation board, the insulation board is advantaged in that the thickness of the ground of the building is reduced, and influence on the floor height of the building can be reduced.
