Method and apparatus for producing vertical-filament rock wool fireproof isolation belts
The invention discloses a method for producing vertical-filament rock wool fireproof isolation belts. The method comprises following steps: placing two or more rock wool strips side by side in a state that the rock wool filaments of the rock wool strips are vertically arranged; connecting the rock wool strips in series through hard sticks; coating the rock wool strips with an interface agent; coating the rock wool strips with a first polymer mortar layer; pasting glass fiber mesh cloth on the rock wool strips; and coating the outer surface of the semi-finished product with a second polymer mortar layer. The adjacent rock wool strips are fixed through the hard sticks, so that binding faces of the rock wool strips and a building are perpendicular to fibers of the rock wool strips. The surface of the semi-finished product is coated with polymer mortar and is further coated with the glass fiber mesh cloth, so that the mutually connected rock wool strips are further fixed, the surfaces of the rock wool strips are firmer and cannot be easily broken, and shreds can be prevented from shedding off. The technical scheme is suitable for producing the vertical-filament rock wool fireproof isolation belts meeting requirements in batch. The invention also discloses an apparatus for producing the fireproof isolation belts based on the producing method mentioned above.
