Autoclaved lightweight concrete (ALC) board splicing method
The present invention relates to an autoclaved lightweight concrete (ALC) board splicing method. The splicing method comprises a first step of forming crosswise holes in side edges of each ALC board, or reserving crosswise holes in the production of the ALC boards; a second step of brushing an adhesion agent on the crosswise holes of the ALC boards; a third step of placing the ALC boards treated from the second step in place on a die pedestal, and brushing a binder (4) on side edges of the ALC boards before the ALC boards are arranged in place; a fourth step of penetrating perforated rebars (5) through the crosswise holes, and anchoring the perforated rebars at side edges of a spliced large board, the rebars being steel rods whose diameter is 8-12 mm; a fifth step of effectively sealing and plugging end parts of the crosswise holes in the side edges of the large board by using plugging members; a sixth step of manually forming grouting holes which are perpendicular to the board face, each cut-through crosswise hole being provided with two grouting holes; a seventh step of carrying out pressure grouting by using a grouting pump; and an eighth step of maintaining the grouted large board for 7-14 days.
