The invention discloses a building construction unloading platform device which comprises a platform assembly and a protective assembly. The building construction unloading platform device further comprises a guiding assembly which comprises guiding seats and guiding rods, each guiding rod comprises two sliding rods and first connecting rods, and the two sliding rods are fixedly connected through the first connecting rods; sliding grooves matched with the guiding rods are formed in the guiding seats, a plurality of sliding wheels matched with the sliding rods of the guiding rods are arranged in the guiding seats, and the guiding seats are sequentially arranged at intervals in the movement trails of the guiding rods; the platform assembly is fixed with the guiding rods. The platform assembly and the protective assembly form a fixed unloading platform, and the unloading platform and the guiding assembly are fixed on a wall. The building construction unloading platform device is independently arranged and is fast to assemble and disassemble, safe, convenient and capable of saving time and labor, not needing the help of a tower crane and the like and effectively accelerating the engineering construction progress.
