The platform assembly and the protective assembly form a fixed unloading platform, and the unloading platform and the guiding assembly are fixed on a wall. The building construction unloading platform device is independently arranged and is fast to assemble and disassemble, safe, convenient and capable of saving time and labor, not needing the help of a tower crane and the like and effectively accelerating the engineering construction progress.
