Three-dimensional braided composite material transmission tower and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a three-dimensional braided composite material transmission tower and a preparation method thereof. Various fibers are mixed to form three-dimensional braided fabric, and according to the preparation method of the three-dimensional braided tower, flange connecting pieces and tower composite material structures can be integrally formed in a seamless mode. Rod pieces, on a tower head, a tower body, tower legs and other portions, of different types are transited to preparation of a hybrid fiber braised structure of outer layer carbon fiber three-dimensional fabric through core glass fiber three-dimensional fabric, and carbon fiber zero-degree yarn is adopted at the center of the core glass fiber fabric to serve as a framework. Meanwhile, the rod pieces of the three-dimensional braided composite material tower are connected through flange structures (an embedded metal flange framework) braided by tower rod end integrated hybrid fibers (mixing of carbon fibers and glass fibers), and the tower legs and a shoe plank for connection of a ground-based foundation are of a full carbon fiber three-dimensional braided structure. By means of the method, three-dimensional braided composite material transmission tower parts with composite material flange connection structures can be prepared and are suitable for assembly application of transmission towers of various types.
