Disclosed is a door lock rotation direction switching mechanism. The door lock rotation direction switching mechanism comprises a door lock body, a hand-held head, a position-changing shifting wheel and a disengagement pin. The hand-held head is fixedly mounted on the door lock body; one end of the hand-held head is provided with a mounting opening; an annular step is disposed in the mounting opening; a shaft shoulder matched with the annular step is disposed on one side of the position-changing shifting wheel; a protruding block which is integrated with the position-changing shifting wheel is disposed on the outer wall of the position-changing shifting wheel; a protruding block receding groove is formed in one side in the mounting opening; a disengagement pin hole is formed in the side wall of the middle of the protruding block receding groove; the disengagement pin is inserted into the disengagement pin hole; when the head end of the disengagement pin is located in the protruding block receding groove, the protruding block is located on the left side or the right side of the disengagement pin; the position-changing shifting wheel and the mounting opening are relatively fixed; when the head end of the disengagement pin leaves the protruding block receding groove; the position-changing shifting wheel can rotate relative to the mounting opening; the protruding block slides in the protruding block receding groove. The door lock rotation direction switching mechanism is simple in structure and convenient and flexible to use; direction switching and adjusting can be completed without operating internal parts by dismantling a sealing cover and without tools.
