The invention discloses a height-adjustable glass door structure on a purifying workbench. Two sides of a work platform are fixedly connected with side walls, two sides of an upper glass door are fixed to the inner walls of the two side walls, a lower glass door is arranged on the lower side of the upper glass door, two sides of the lower glass door abut against the inner walls of the side walls, vertical grooves are formed in the inner walls of the side walls, and gear racks are fixedly connected in the grooves. Gear racks on the two sides of the work platform are engaged with an auxiliary gear and a main gear respectively, the auxiliary gear is hinged to the lower glass door, a spline shaft is inserted to the main gear, one end of the spline shaft is inserted to the lower glass door, and the other end of the spline shaft penetrates through the main gear to be hinged to a connecting rod. A limiting inserting bar is fixedly connected to the connecting rod, a notch is formed in the limiting inserting bar, and the main gear is inserted into the notch of the limiting inserting bar. The height-adjustable glass door structure is simple in structure and convenient to use. The opening height of the lower glass door can be adjusted, free locating can be achieved, and the operation requirement of the purifying workbench in the actual work process is met.
