The invention relates to the technical field of stainless steel cabinets, in particular to a stainless steel cabinet transfer print door plank and a manufacturing process thereof. The manufacturing process includes the following steps of pretreating, wherein laser cutting, dadoing, bending and weld fillet forming are carried out on a stainless steel sand plate to obtain a door plank, and polishing and oil removal are performed on the surface of the door plank; powder spraying, wherein a layer of polyurethane power paint is uniformly sprayed on the surface, with oil removed, of the door plank and dried; vacuum transfer print, wherein hot transfer print paper printed with patterns is cut, the cut paper is attached to the dried surface of the door plank, the door plank with the cut paper is put in a high-temperature bag, hot transfer print is performed after the high-temperature bag is vacuumized to manufacture the stainless steel cabinet transfer print door plank. The manufacturing process is simple in step, stable in quality, high in production efficiency, low in production cost and suitable for large-scale industrial production, and operation control is convenient.
