The invention discloses a preparation process for preparing a granulated material from blast furnace slag powder, which comprises the following steps of: 1, selecting raw materials, 2, quenching and granulating, 3, mixing and ball-milling, 4, thermal drying, 5, inspecting and discharging. In parts by weight, 50-60 parts of slag, 10-15 parts of quartz sand, 5-15 parts of gypsum and 20-30 parts of aggregate are selected; the slag is quenched and granulated and is then added to a ball mill, quartz sand and gypsum are added, and ball-milling crushing is carried out; the aggregate is then added, and mixing and stirring are carried out until the materials are uniformly mixed; the mixture is added into heatable stirring equipment, and uniformly stirring while drying the moisture of the mixture iscarried out by adopting heating power; and the mixture obtained in the step 4 is checked, and packaging and warehousing are carried out if the granularity is qualified. The preparation process for preparing the granulated material from the blast furnace slag powder is simple in preparation, adopts the blast furnace slag as a raw material, is reasonable in cost, grinds the blast furnace slag intogranules, can be used as an active admixture of a cement-based material, and is high in strength and convenient to use in buildings.
本发明公开了一种采用高炉矿渣粉制备粒化物料的制备工艺,包括以下步骤,步骤一,原料选取;步骤二,淬冷成粒;步骤三,混合球磨;步骤四,热力烘干;步骤五,检验出料;按照各组分的重量份数分别是:50‑60份的矿渣、10‑15份的石英砂、5‑15份的石膏和20‑30份的骨料进行选取;将矿渣淬冷成粒后加入球磨机中,并加入石英砂和石膏进行球磨粉碎;再加入骨料,混合搅拌,直至混料均匀;再加入可加热搅拌设备中,采用热力将其水分烘干的同时搅拌均匀;检验上述步骤四中所得混合物,粒度合格即包装入库;该采用高炉矿渣粉制备粒化物料的制备工艺,制作简单,采用高炉矿渣作为原料,成本合理,将其磨碎成粒状,可作为水泥基材料的活性混合材强度高,便于建筑使用。
