Graphene oxide-nano mineral enhanced geopolymer material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a graphene oxide-nano mineral enhanced geopolymer material and a preparation method thereof. The graphene oxide-nano mineral enhanced geopolymer material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 130-160 parts of a silicon-aluminum mineral raw material, 50-70 parts of an alkali activator, 2-6 parts of nano minerals and 1-3 parts of graphene oxide. The inventionalso discloses a preparation method of the graphene oxide-nano mineral enhanced geopolymer material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) preparing a geopolymer raw material; 2) preparing a graphene oxide-sodium hydroxide solution; 3) preparing a graphene oxide-alkali excitation solution; and 4) preparing the graphene oxide-nano mineral enhanced geopolymer material. The problem of uniform dispersion of nano minerals in the geopolymer system is solved, and the toughness and the strength of the geopolymer material are improved through cooperation of the graphene oxide and the nano minerals by fully utilizing the performance and the dispersion effect of the graphene oxide.
本发明公开了一种氧化石墨烯‑纳米矿物增强型地聚合物材料及其制备方法,包括以下按重量计的组分:硅铝质矿物原料130‑160份,碱激发剂50‑70份,纳米矿物2‑6份,氧化石墨烯1‑3份。本发明还公开了氧化石墨烯‑纳米矿物增强型地聚合物材料制备方法,包括以下步骤:1)制备地聚合物原料;2)制备氧化石墨烯‑氢氧化钠溶液;3)制备氧化石墨烯‑碱激发溶液;4)制备氧化石墨烯‑纳米矿物增强型地聚合物材料。本发明解决了纳米矿物在地聚合物体系中的均匀分散问题,充分利用氧化石墨烯的自身性能和分散效果、使之与纳米矿物协同提高地聚合物材料的韧性和强度。
