The intention provides premixed solidified soil. The premixed solidified soil comprises a solid material, water and an additive, the solid material comprises a soil material and a cementing material,the additive comprises a soil solidifying agent and a thickening time control agent, and the thickening time control agent accounts for 3-20wt% of the soil solidifying agent. According to the premixedsolidified soil, the thickening time control agent is added on the basis of the soil solidifying agent, and the dosage relation between the thickening time control agent and the soil solidifying agent is optimized, so that the setting time of the prepared premixed solidified soil can reach 4-15 hours; therefore, commercial premixed solidified soil products (including compacted solidified soil, poured solidified soil and fluid solidified soil) suitable for long-distance transportation are obtained.
本发明提供了一种预拌固化土。该预拌固化土，包括固体料、水和外加剂，固体料包括土料和胶结料，上述外加剂包括土壤固化剂和调凝剂，且调凝剂为土壤固化剂的3～20wt％。由于该预拌固化土在土壤固化剂的基础上添加了调凝剂，并通过优化调凝剂与土壤固化剂之间的用量关系，使配制得到的预拌固化土的凝结时间能够达到4～15小时，从而得到适用于远距离运输的商品化预拌固化土产品(包括压实型固化土、灌注型固化土和流态型固化土)。
