The castor-oil plants and the straws are crushed and then subjected to a reaction with hydrochloric acid and a sodium hydroxide solutionat high temperature, the fiber components are increased, and the contact degree of the fiber components with other components is improved; hydrogen peroxide and sodium persulfate are used for oxidation treatment, ester groups are used for increasing the bonding effect between the fiber components and other components, the compressive strength of the waterproof mortar is improved, and the crackingphenomenon is inhibited; and meanwhile, the ester groups are coated with the fiber components, so that the waterproof performance and the impermeability of the waterproof mortar are improved; the fiber components are dispersed in the waterproof mortar, so that the compressive strength of the waterproof mortar is enhanced, contact oxidative decomposition with the external environment is avoided, the durability of the waterproof mortar is enhanced, and the application prospect is wide.
