Shotcrete and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a shotcrete and a construction method thereof. The shotcrete is prepared from a cementing material, sands, gravels, a water reducing agent, an accelerator and a synergist; andthe synergist comprises steel fibers, bentonite and cyclodextrine. The construction method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a premixed powder: mixing the water reducing agent, bentonite and cyclodextrine with the diatomite according to a formula ratio, and grinding and sieving the obtained mixture to obtain the premixed powder; (2) preparing shotcrete: mixing the sands and gravels withthe premixed powder obtained in step (1) according to a formula ratio, adding the cementing material, the accelerator and water, and mixing so as to obtain the shotcrete; (3) pre-spraying: spraying an aqueous sodium silicate solution to the spraying surface before concrete spraying to obtain a bonding protection surface; and (4) spraying the concrete. The shotcrete disclosed by the invention hasgood comprehensive performances, has a high strength under low-temperature maintenance, and meets the requirements on severe environments.
