Manufacturing method of waterproof back glue for building materials
The invention discloses a manufacturing method of a waterproof back glue for building materials. The manufacturing method comprises following steps: step A, preparing a main material: preparing 20 to30 parts of fiber powder, 20 to 30 parts of cement, 20 to 30 parts of chopped fibers, and 20 to 30 parts of quartz sand, adding the materials mentioned above into a stirring machine, fully stirring and mixing, and saving the mixture for later use; step B, preparing an auxiliary material: adding 40 parts of silicone acrylic emulsion, 3 parts of an antiseptic, 50 parts of water, and 7 parts of a crosslinking agent into a stirring machine, fully stirring and mixing, and saving the mixture for later use; and step C, adding the main material prepared in the step A and the auxiliary material prepared in the step B into a stirring machine, fully mixing and heating, allowing the system to stand still, and naturally cooling to the room temperature to obtain the waterproof back glue. The manufacturing method of the back glue adopts common materials, and has the advantages of low cost and high yield. The manufactured waterproof back glue has high viscosity, and can be used to bind building materials; the back surface of a stone material and a basic layer can be well bonded by the back glue, and the phenomenon of stones such as efflorescence, water stains, flaking, bubbling, shedding, and thelike is avoided.
本发明公开了一种建材防水背胶的制作方法，包含以下步骤：A、主材料制备：取20‑30份的纤维粉、20‑30份的水泥、20‑30份的短切纤维、20‑30份的石英砂，并将上述三种材料放入搅拌机中充分搅拌混合备用；B、辅材制备：取40份的硅丙乳液、3份防腐剂、50份的水和7份的交联剂投入搅拌机中充分搅拌混合备用；C、将步骤A得到的主材料和步骤B得到的辅材放入搅拌机中充分加热混合；然后静置到室温，即得防水背胶，本发明建材防水背胶的制作方法采用常见的材料制备，具有成本低，出品率高等优点，并且制作的防水背胶的粘度很高，将其利用在建材的粘结上，可使石材的背面（粘结面）与基层具有良好的粘结性能，石材不易发生白华、水渍、起壳、空鼓、脱落。
