The invention discloses a preparation method of a light moisture-proof phosphorus building gypsum block. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) preparing phosphorus building gypsum slurry: mixing phosphorus building gypsum, lime, fly ash, phosphorus slag powder, silica fume, a water reducing agent, PVA and alum, adding water and stirring to obtain the phosphorus building gypsum slurry; 2) preparation of a foaming liquid: mixing a foaming agent with water and stirring in a stirrer until uniform, stable and fine foam is generated to obtain the foaming liquid; and 3) preparationof the phosphorus building gypsum block: mixing the foam liquid with the phosphorus building gypsum slurry, uniformly stirring, pouring and molding in a mold, demolding, maintaining and drying to obtain the light moisture-proof phosphorus building gypsum block. The light moisture-proof phosphorus building gypsum block can be prepared and has the characteristics of being low in density, high in compressive strength and good in moisture-proof performance.
本发明公开了一种轻质防潮磷建筑石膏砌块的制备方法，包括如下步骤：1)磷建筑石膏料浆的制备：将磷建筑石膏、石灰、粉煤灰、磷渣粉、硅灰、减水剂、PVA和明矾混合，加水搅拌成磷建筑石膏料浆；2)发泡液的制备：将发泡剂与水混合，在搅拌机中搅拌至产生均匀、稳定、细小的泡沫，得发泡液；3)磷建筑石膏砌块的制备：将泡沫液与磷建筑石膏浆料混合，搅拌均匀后在模具中浇筑成型，然后脱模、养护和烘干后，得轻质防潮磷建筑石膏砌块。本发明能够制作出轻质防潮磷建筑石膏砌块，并且具有密度低、抗压强度大，且防潮性能好的特点。
