The invention provides an anti-cracking porous brick. The anti-cracking porous brick is characterized in that the anti-cracking porous brick comprises a brick body, an anti-cracking layer is embeddedin the brick body, and the anti-cracking layer is a steel wire mesh or gridding cloth; and the brick body comprises, by weight, 50-65 parts of coal gangue, 15-25 parts of expanded and vitrified micro-beads, 5-15 parts of red mud, 4-6 parts of ceramic powder, 20-35 parts of river silt, 8-15 parts of furnace slag and 15-17 parts of glass fibers. The porous brick formed by firing the expanded and vitrified micro-beads has the advantages of light weight, low water absorption rate, low dry shrinkage rate and the like, and the steel wire mesh or the gridding cloth is embedded during blank making toreduce the cracking probability of the brick and improve the cost rate.
本发明提出了一种防开裂多孔砖,其特征在于:包括砖本体,所述砖本体被嵌有防裂层,所述防裂层为钢丝网或是网格布;所述砖本体包括如下重量份组分:煤矸石50‑65份、膨胀玻化微珠15‑25份、赤泥5‑15份、陶瓷粉末4‑6份,河淤泥20‑35份、炉渣8‑15份、玻璃纤维15‑17份,采用本发明烧制的多孔砖采用膨胀玻化微珠具有质轻吸水率小、干缩率小等优点,其次在制坯同时嵌入钢丝网或是网格布,可以降低砖裂开的几率,提高成本率。
