Preparation method of YBCO photosensitive solution containing cupric tetramminohydroxide
The invention discloses a preparation method of a YBCO photosensitive solution containing cupric tetramminohydroxide, and belongs to the technical field of preparation of high-temperature superconducting films. The preparation method comprises following steps, yttrium acetate, barium acetate and barium trifluoroacetate are dissolved in a mixed solution of methyl triethanolamine and methyl alcohol,ammonia water and copper hydroxide are mixed to generate a soluble cupric tetramminohydroxide complex, and the soluble cupric tetramminohydroxide complex is mixed with the mixed solution to obtain aYBCO photosensitive gel solution; the photosensitive gel solution is used as a precursor solution, then ultraviolet irradiation oxidative cracking is carried out, cupric tetramminohydroxide in a gel film can form a large number of hydroxyl radicals (OH*) in an endogenous mode under 254 nm ultraviolet irradiation, macromolecular organic matters are directly oxidized and decomposed into micromolecular gas, and metal-oxygen bond grids are formed; and high-temperature crystallization heat treatment is carried out to obtain the YBCO high-temperature superconducting thin film with excellent performance.
本发明公开了一种含氢氧化四氨合铜的YBCO感光溶液的配制方法,属于高温超导薄膜制备技术领域。本发明将醋酸钇、醋酸钡、三氟乙酸钡溶解于甲基三乙醇胺与甲醇的混合溶液,将氨水与氢氧化铜混合生成可溶性氢氧化四氨合铜络合物,将其与上述混合溶液混合,得到YBCO感光凝胶溶液。以此感光凝胶溶液作为前驱体溶液,再进行紫外光照射氧化裂解,该凝胶薄膜内部氢氧化四氨合铜在254nm的紫外光照射下可内源性形成大量的羟基自由基(OH*),直接将大分子有机物氧化分解成小分子气体,并形成金属‑氧键网格。随后通过高温晶化热处理,获得性能优越的YBCO高温超导薄膜。
