The invention discloses a refractory ramming mass for repairing bricks at the bottom of a molten iron tank and a repairing method. The repairing method comprises the following steps: weighing bauxiteaggregate, kyanite powder, silicon carbide, silicon carbide powder, calcined alumina micropowder, silica micropowder, pure calcium aluminate cement and soft clay powder in parts by weight, carrying out mixing, adding a binding agent twice, carrying out stirring and sealing so as to obtain ramming mass, brushing aluminum dihydrogen phosphate onto to-be-repaired bricks at the bottom of the molten iron tank, then filling the to-be-repaired bricks with the ramming mass, and carrying out baking at a high temperature so as to complete repairing. The ramming mass provided by the invention has good high-temperature resistance and impact resistance, so the service cycle of the molten iron tank is prolonged by about 50 times; and the maintenance time of the bricks at the bottom of the molten iron tank is 2-2.5 hours, so the maintenance time is greatly shortened, and the maintenance cost is reduced. The ramming mass provided by the invention has excellent heat preservation effect, and reduces theheat loss in the molten iron transportation process.
本发明公开了用于修补铁水罐罐底砖的耐火捣打料及修补方法。通过将高铝矾土骨料,蓝晶石粉,碳化硅,碳化硅粉,煅烧氧化铝微粉,硅微粉,纯铝酸钙水泥,软质粘土粉按重量份称取后混合,分两次加入结合剂进行搅拌密封得到捣打料,在填补在待修补的罐底砖上涂刷磷酸二氢铝在填补捣打料,通过高温烘烤完成修补。本发明的捣打料耐高温性能和耐冲击性能好,使铁水罐的使用周期提高50次左右;对铁水罐罐底砖的维修时间在2~2.5小时,大大缩短了维修时间,降低了维修成本。本发明的捣打料还具有极好的保温效果,降低了铁水运输过程中的热量损失。
